Returns Kinderski are committed to complete customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet your expectations and our enviable reputation for quality and service. In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with any goods purchased from us we will give you a replacement or refund. Goods which prove to be unsuitable can be returned for a prompt refund or exchanged if they are received back by our returns department within 14 days: and remain unused and in the original packaging and labelling with the Kinderski receipt. The 14 days start from the day of dispatch but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you. We strongly recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your own protection.
Delivery We use an insured delivery service and send out goods as soon as they are available. Delivery times quoted are from the time of dispatch, not the time of order placement. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, with parcels requiring a signature. If there is no one at home, a card will be left to arrange an alternative date/time. Unfortunately, for credit card payments we can only deliver to the address of the cardholder.Standard Delivery Charges: Sales under £65 in value = £4.50 Sales over £65 in value = FREE. Place your order before 12 noon, and we will rush your order out on our next day delivery service (Monday - Friday). Simply add £10.00 to the Regular delivery charge. This service is subject to availability and applies to UK mainland addresses only. For international orders, postal charges will be applied at cost. Overseas customers will be advised of costs prior to shipment for final order confirmation.
